The Enrollment Process Is As Follows:
Please ONLY start the application and enrollment process if you intend to enroll within 1-2 weeks time.
Step 1: Submit an interest form using the link above
Fill out you & your children's information on the daycare general interest form. Please allow us up to 48-72 hours to review your submission. Once we've reviewed it we will reach out to you to set up a tour.
NOTE: You can also schedule a tour yourself using the link above for a faster process.
Step 2: Tour the center
Come tour the center, view the classroom your child would be in, meet with the director and get any questions answered regarding tuition, schedules and more.
NOTE: We encourage you to bring your little ones with you so that we can meet them also!
Step 3: Playdate
After your tour with us you'll have 3 days reach out and set up your playdate. A "playdate" is a day that you will bring your child in for about an hour and a half to see how they do here. It's a great way to see if the child likes the atmosphere, get a glimpse of their personality, academic level and social skills. The director will discuss how it went and if she has any concerns regarding our ability to care for your child.
NOTE: If we do not hear from your within 3 days after your tour your application will be moved to the bottom of the list. We do not hold spots.
Step 4: Enrollment Begins
You will have 2 days after your playdate to finalize your enrollment process. This consists of completing ALL paperwork that is required. You will have to pick up the hard copy packet (if you are sure about moving forward after the playdate please ask for the paperwork when you're at the center) Both our hard copy files as well as the forms you must submit through Brightwheel to complete your child's profile will need to be complete in order to consider your child enrolled.

Step 5: Your First 90 Days With Us
At our center, we believe strong care starts with strong relationships. The first 90 days of enrollment are a special transition period designed to help us get to know your child, their personality, routines, learning style, and individual needs so we can provide the best care possible.
This time also allows families to settle in, ask questions, and ensure our program feels like the right fit. We work closely with parents during this period to build trust, communication, and consistency because caring for children is a partnership.
