Daycare Information
At C-Cube Learning Center, we believe in the value and uniqueness of each child and family we serve. Our center experience is designed to promote each child’s own individual social, emotional, physical and cognitive development. As caregivers and educators, our mission is to provide a safe and developmentally appropriate learning environment, which fosters a child’s natural instinct to explore, discover, create and become a lifelong learner.
We are located below the Grace Lutheran Church at the corner of Edmonds Ave & School Ln. Our entrance is located at the glass door down the walkway on Edmonds Ave, to the right of the daycare sign.

Tuition Overview
Tuition at C-Cube Learning Center is structured to secure each child’s enrollment and maintain consistent staffing and programming. Upon enrollment or when tuition changes families are provided with a financial contract. Maintaining this agreement is required to keep a child’s space secure. All tuition and co-payments are paid weekly through Brightwheel, where families will also set up their payment method at enrollment.
Tuition is due weekly, and a late fee may be applied per day if payment is not initiated by the due date. We accept Child Care Assistance, and families are responsible for paying their assigned weekly co-pay. Late pick-ups beyond a child’s contracted schedule may result in additional fees, with a brief grace period provided. Returned or insufficient payments may also incur additional charges.
To remain in good standing, all balances, including late fees, must be paid promptly. Accounts that become delinquent may affect continued enrollment. Tuition is required during center closures, professional development days, and family vacations, as payment reserves the child’s space. Families planning extended absences should notify the center in advance; however, spaces are not guaranteed without ongoing tuition unless otherwise discussed and approved.
Policies
At C-Cube Learning Center, we operate Monday through Friday from 6:30 AM to 6:00 PM. Children are asked to arrive no later than 9:30 AM, as our preschool day begins at that time. Attendance is limited to a maximum of 10 hours per day. Families are required to sign children in/out daily and complete the daily checklist on Brightwheel, our childcare software app. Families are also expected to stay informed and communicate through the app. We follow a curriculum-based program with a flexible daily schedule that includes structured learning, free choice (self-selected play), outdoor play, and consistent nap/rest time. We practice positive guidance, focusing on helping children develop self-control, responsibility, and independence. We provide breakfast, lunch, and snacks through the food program and are a no-nut facility; all allergies must be documented. Families should note that occasional closures may occur due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, and we will always communicate updates as promptly as possible. To ensure the health and safety of our community, our sick policy must be followed. Staff complete ongoing annual trainings to further their education and skills.
C-Cube Learning Center reserves the right to end care if necessary.
Full policies are outlined in our Family Handbook.

You will be given the starter paperwork to complete on site. Once we have your information we will create a profile for your child on our online platform and send you a request to sign up.
